Each necklace is made to order. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged with its message card and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen during busy holiday periods or because of carrier and customs processing.

Standard shipping to Canada is free. Rates for priority delivery and for other destinations are shown at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive your gift in time for a holiday, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance.
